Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy is one-on-one instruction delivered in a supportive, focused format. You will receive personalized attention and instruction in therapeutic Yoga poses that support you in healing from injury and illness and achieving optimum health.

Each session will focus on several poses, chosen specifically to address your health condition. You will receive hands-on guidance to help you practice safely and to improve your overall wellness, whatever your ability level. Yoga poses may be adopted to be practiced on a chair, on the floor, or even in a bed, depending on your situation.

You will receive written notes after each session so that you can continue practicing on your own.

  1. Dear Laura, I am currently a yoga teacher and considering becoming certified as a yoga therapist. I have admired your work in bringing the feminine into yoga along with eco-friendliness. I am wondering if you could refer me to a Yoga Therapy program that you would recommend? I live on the west coast and California is the easiest place for me to get certified. Thank you so much for any direction you might be able to give me. Sincerely, Elizabeth

    Hi Elizabeth,
I studied under Joseph LePage for Integrative Yoga Therapy. I am so sorry that I am not qualified to recommend any particular Yoga Therapy training program in California! I would need to talk with you more about what you are looking for.
    Blessings, Laura
